Class/Workshop:
If you are interested in fly-fishing the beautiful mountain lakes in Idaho, then you won’t want to miss this lecture! Erik Moncada, a professional fly fisherman, will cover the basics of fishing and hiking along with some personal safety tips to consider before and during the hike itself to get you safely to the picturesque fishing spot. You will also learn how to use local hiking books and maps to help differentiate between easy, moderate, hard, and extreme hikes. Erik has been fishing mountain lakes for over 17 years and is happy to share tips and tricks that will make your next fishing excursion a successful one!
*This class will be in the IBG classroom and includes free Garden admission

The distance from the admission kiosk to the classroom and the more cultivated, shaded portion of the Garden is 212 yards-long. This includes a 24 yards-long ramp that meets ADA slope requirement.
