Get to know the Garden’s unique plants and how to care for them through investigation, exploration, and gardening!
July 21-25 🦉Taking Flight (5-6 year olds, 7-8 year olds)
Explore the world of flight- birds, seeds and humans. Students can make observations and test flight using technology.
August 4-8 🌞Garden's Greatest Hits (5-6 year olds, 7-8 year olds)

7/2/25 🌻Pre-K: Wonderful World of Plants
Get to know some of the Garden’s plants, how to care for them, and plant your own to take home!
7/16/25 🐾Pre-K: Animal Adventures
Learn about local animals and where they live, make an animal themed craft, and search the Garden for our resident animals.
7/30/25 🎒Pre-K: Little Explorers
Explore the different areas of the Garden through games, hands-on activities, and stories.

An IBG staff member will reach out two weeks before the camp to gather your learner’s information.

Cancellation Policy
Day Programs 2025
• Registration for STEAM Day camp programs includes a 25-dollar non-refundable deposit to the Garden.
• Should you need to cancel your learner's registration for a STEAM Day camp program, three weeks prior to the program date is the last day to receive a refund, barring emergency. If after the three week deadline, emergency funds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact education@idahobotanicalgarden.org with any questions.
• The Garden reserves the right to cancel any camp due to low enrollment.
• Programs cancelled by the Garden will be automatically fully refunded.
Summer 2025
• Registration for camps includes a 50-dollar non-refundable deposit to the Garden.
• Should you need to cancel your learner's registration for a STEAM camp with IBG, June 2, 2025, is the last day to receive a refund, barring emergency. General Accessibility Information
The distance from the admission kiosk to the classroom and the more cultivated, shaded portion of the Garden is 212 yards-long. This includes a 24 yards-long ramp that meets ADA slope requirement. There are areas of the Garden where the path material is more gravel-like, areas where the sloped path is lawn, and in those cases, we have alternative routes available that could be used. Please let us know of any accessibility concerns prior to the start of camp, contact education@idahobotanicalgarden.org.
