Springtime Forest Bathing Series w/Casey O'Leary

Thursday April 3

Other dates...

5:30 PM  –  7:30 PM

Join Casey O’Leary, a certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide, for a four-part series after hours in the Garden. A "forest bath" doesn't require a swimsuit or even water! Instead, a forest bath is a mellow, sensory walk in nature, where participants are given a series of prompts to drop into the present and connect with the more-than-human world surrounding them. For the best experience wear comfy clothes, walking shoes, bring an extra layer of clothes to keep warm, and a folding chair or blanket. This four-part series will deepen your relationship with the natural world as you observe the signs of spring!

Note: This is an outdoor experience.

If you are a Garden Member, please click the Sign in/Register link at the top right of your screen to receive your member rate. The discount will show up at the end of the process in checkout after you are signed in and have clicked the "Add to Cart" button.
