What to consider when choosing a STEAM camp with IBG?
This summer we are excited to offer extended day programming at the Garden - over 5 hours per day!
This means learners will participate in structured activities, eat their lunch on-site, and explore our outdoor classroom in varying weather conditions.
- For our new camp experiences, ideal learners will have completed Kindergarten or previously participated in a day care and/or preschool educational setting and be at least five years of age when camp is held.
Cancellation Policy
Registration for camps includes a 50-dollar non-refundable deposit to the Garden. Should you need to cancel your learner's registration for STEAM camp with IBG, June 3, 2024 is the last day to a refund, barring emergency.
General Accessibility Information
The distance from the admission kiosk to the classroom and the more cultivated, shaded portion of the Garden is 212 yards-long. This includes a 24 yards-long ramp that meets ADA slope requirement. There are areas of the Garden where the path material is more gravel-like, areas where the sloped path is lawn, and in those cases, we have alternative routes available that could be used. Expectations:
An IBG staff member will reach out two weeks before the camp to gather your learner’s information.
